Hotel Receptionist

Job Description:

  • dealing with reservations by phone, email, letter, fax or face-to-face
  • checking guest in to and out of the hotel, allocating rooms and handing out keys
  • preparing bills and taking payments
  • taking and passing on messages to guests
  • dealing with special requests from guests (booking day trips or storing valuables)
  • answering questions about facilities in the hotel and the surrounding area
  • dealing with complaints or problems

Start  Date: April 2010

Season Ends: October 2010

Salary: Negotiable

Core Skills Required: Ability to speak and understands English and Keyboard Skills
