Dining at St Brelades Bay Hotel is mainly based around The Bay Restaurant, a traditional standard of service exists that is rarely seen in the modern age. At the height of the season our Petit Port Cafe provides a more casual 'al fresco' lunchtime option, this is casual dining with an emphasis on the outdoors.
