Dining at St Brelades Bay Hotel is based around The Bay Restaurant. A traditional standard of service exists that is rarely seen in the modern age. We aim to provide freshly prepared and cooked dishes that are sourced from the finest ingredients. Our head chef always tries to maximise the use of the plentiful supply of seafood and vegetables.

At the height of the season the Pool Bar & Grill provides a more casual 'al fresco' lunchtime option. Casual dining with an emphasis on the outdoors.

We also offer a wine list that covers a wide range of 'New' and 'Old' world wine, varying from fine Bordeaux to a lovely red from Lebanon and some excellent Southern Hemisphere whites. 

Sandwiches are also available to guests throughout the day and a selection of warm sandwiches are available between 12 noon and 2:30pm.
