Members of DW Health Club will have their personal data transferred to a main server situated in the UK. This data will be available to any of the DW Health Clubs situated within the UK. This is to allow you access to our wide range of Health Clubs and use your membership card to use the facilities.
We may also enforce our Terms and Conditions, including investigating potential violations of its Terms and Conditions to detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues; or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of our premises, Staff, you as our client and/or the wider community.
When you make a reservation to stay at our hotel, make a reservation in our restaurant or health club we will record you name and telephone as art of that process. As a responsible business and to assist the Government of Jersey with their fight against COVID-19 we take part in their ‘Track & Trace’ program.
We will share your information with the Government as part of this program if our premises forms part of a COVID-19 positive case investigation. This will give the Government an opportunity to contact you with information and offer testing if you encountered a person who tested positive.
The legal basis for us to share your information in this way is ‘Public Health’. Your reservation information will be retained for 21 days, post booking, after which it will be securely disposed of.

We will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your national ID card, driving license or passport. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required such as a utility bill not older than three months. If we are dissatisfied with the quality of ID provided, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
