Spring Inspired Cocktails

Sitting in our Cocktail Bar you would be forgiven for being distracted by the heavenly view through the full length windows. This spring we have something to keep you refreshed and feeling that holiday feeling with our Spring Inspired Cocktail menu.

Created by our talented assistant bar manager Radu, these five cocktails are fresh and crisp and taste like the long summer days that will soon be with us.

From left to right they are:

Bloomsbury Fizz, a sweet raspberry infused Gin cocktail that hints at long summer afternoons to come

Basil Mojito, a fresh twist on a classic, substituting the traditional mint for basil creates an unusual modern taste

The Legend, a beautiful blend of Hennessy VS, Pineapple Juice & Cranberry juice this cocktail has a smooth and polished taste

Vodka Gimlet, replacing Gin with Grey Goose Vodka and including basil and Cucumber gives this a crisp, clean taste.

Kentucky Daquiri, fiery and fresh, this combination of Rye Whiskey, ginger beer and strawberries is far too easy to drink.
