Full-time | Front Office Team
St Brelade’s Bay Hotel is a prestigious four-star hotel overlooking one of Jersey’s most picturesque beaches. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Porter to join our Front Office team. As Porter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome and ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure. This role is central to the smooth running of our hotel and requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have entitled status. This is a live-out position.
What you'll be doing?

Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience

Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services

Maintain cleanliness and order in guest areas, entrances, and public spaces

Support the Front Office team with guest requests and general enquiries

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service

Assist in daily operations as directed by the Front Office Manager
