Reception Supervisor
Full-time | Front Office Team
St Brelade’s Bay Hotel is a prestigious four-star hotel overlooking one of Jersey’s most picturesque beaches. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Front Office team. As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome and ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure. This role is central to the smooth running of our hotel and requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

A professional and welcoming manner at all times

Must have entitled status. This is a live-out position.
What You’ll Be Doing

Carry out check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously

Assist guests with requests, providing helpful information about the hotel and local area

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure outstanding guest service

Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and provide supervisory support to the Front Office team
