How long have you been at St Brelade’s Bay Hotel?
Every Summer since 2000 – 18 years!

Describe what you do at the hotel in 5 words or less
Welcoming, Concierge, Helpful to all

What do you like about working at St Brelade’s Bay Hotel?
The atmosphere of the hotel, the wonderful guests and staff.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love to watch football and I also enjoy walking around Jersey, especially up north, Bouley Bay & Rozel have some wonderful walks.

Where’s your favorite place in the world?
Maasai Mara in Kenya

If you could be any animal, which would you be & why?
I would be a Giraffe, the are lovely animals to look at, they are vegetarians and gentle lovely animals.

Who would you most like to swap places with for a day?
Lionel Messi – So that I could play football like him!

What are the values that drive you?
Honesty, Integrity and treating others as I would wish to be treated.

What’s your background?
I attended catering college in Kenya where I studied food and beverage management as well as front office, I then worked at Serena Beach Resort & Spa in Mombasa for 12 years before moving to Jersey.

What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?
I love to sing, but not in front of a crowd, only on my own!
