Travel Advice
There is a strict process that people arriving in Jersey must follow, which involves pre-registration before traveling, followed by either swab-testing or self-isolation on arrival. Anyone who fails to pre-register can expect to face significant delays when arriving on the Island.
We recommend, if possible, that you have a PCR test done no more than 72 hours prior to travel.
The best resource we have at this time is the gov.je website where there is comprehensive guidance regarding travel.
What we are doing to keep you safe
We know you might feel a little hesitant to stay in a hotel after so long at home, we want to reassure you that the safety of our guests and team is at the very front of our minds as we move into “the new normal”. please click here to read more about how we are addressing that.
When you arrive at the hotel
We are keeping service at the hotel as normal as possible, but while you are awaiting your results we ask that you avoid public areas in the hotel and physical distance as much as possible. Face coverings are recommended whilst inside the building and hand sanitizer is available throughout the property.
We are looking forward to welcoming as many of our regulars back as possible, and rest assured we are following all guidelines to keep you and us safe.
