Travel Advice
I am delighted to tell you that Jersey will be opening its borders to unrestricted travel from Monday 26 April 2021. From today, more regular services to and from Jersey will start.
There will be a strict process that people arriving in Jersey must follow, which involves pre-registration before traveling, followed by testing and self-isolation on arrival. Anyone who fails to pre-register can expect to face significant delays when arriving on the Island.
All the information you need is on the gov.je website where there is comprehensive guidance regarding travel.
In Jersey we have our own traffic light system which is different from the UK classifications, please check your area before you depart, the classifications will be updated each Tuesday, effective the following Thursday. Check your region here
What we are doing to keep you safe
We know you might feel a little hesitant to stay in a hotel after so long at home, we want to reassure you that the safety of our guests and team is at the very front of our minds as we move into “the new normal”. please click here to read more about how we are addressing that.
When you arrive at the hotel
Check-in will be slightly different, you will be shown straight up to your room and asked to complete your check-in documents in your room.
Room service is available 24/7 for those who are isolation. We ask that you strictly adhere to the isolation rules as environmental health will come to the hotel to check that you are in isolation. Failure to self-isolate, when required to, is a criminal offense punishable by a fine of up to £1,000.
Face coverings are required whilst inside the building and hand sanitizer is available throughout the property.
We are looking forward to welcoming as many of our regulars back as possible, and rest assured we are following all guidelines to keep you and us safe.
